Diversity Visa (DV) 2020 will be open for entries beginning noon Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on October 3, 2018, and will close for entries at noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) on November 6, 2018.
As in prior years, the Department of State will conduct the DV-2020 program entirely electronically and no paper entries accepted.
We encourage DV program entrants to apply early. The website E-DV entry submission is dvlottery.state.gov.
