Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible offeror. Quoter shall review the section I and submit a completed solicitation package per Section J– Solicitation Provision – of the RFQ/the solicitation. Government reserves the right to reject the proposal that unreasonably low or high in prices. The lowest price will be determined from the total price on pricing (Section B). Quotation must be sent to the physical address or via email (available on RFQ, Section J) on or before the due date stated.

Award may be made without any discussions per Section 4, lowest price and technical acceptable (LPTA).

The Contracting Office, U.S. Embassy Jakarta is soliciting for companies to provide CCTV installation at Residential Compound in Jakarta Selatan. The project is estimated to be less than US$30,000. The work will include among others, the CCTV Set unit installation, the cabling and setting.

All firms interested in being included in this project must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work. At a minimum, each Offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their proposal:

  • Be able to understand written and spoken English;
  • Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing;
  • Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work;
  • Have all licenses and permits required by local law;
  • Meet all local insurance requirements;
  • Have no adverse criminal record; and
  • Have good experience and past performance records.

The Embassy of the United States of America, Jakarta invites the authorized distributors of Watchguard Firebox M4600 to provide their price proposals for the for Annual Renewal for Firewall Subscription of the WatchGuard Total Security Suite for Firebox M4600 for one year effective immediately, for DOJ-ICITAP – U.S. Embassy, Jakarta.

If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions on the attached RFQ, complete the required portions of the document, and submit it to the address provided.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

RFQ: 191D3221Q0006 Jakarta Post – Solicitation – Cellphone Calls and Internet Data Services Provider

US Embassy Jakarta intends to issue an RFQ for cellphone calls and internet data services provider to the Embassy of the United States of America in Jakarta, U.S. Consulate General Surabaya, U.S. Consulate Medan, and Consular Agency Bali. The anticipated performance is for one base period of twelve months and four one-year option periods, at the option of the Government. Prospective Offeror must be able to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements for operating in Indonesia. Please see the RFQ for submission details and actual response date.
