The Contracting Office, US Embassy Jakarta is soliciting for companies to the exterior upgrade in residential compound at , Jakarta Pusat. The project is estimated to be less than US$50,000. The work will include among others, removal work, membrane roofing work, rubber flooring works, repair works, finishing and cleaning works.

All firms interested in being included in this project must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work. At a minimum, each Offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their proposal:

  • Be able to understand written and spoken English;
  • Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing;
  • Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work;
  • Have all licenses and permits required by local law;
  • Meet all local insurance requirements;
  • Have no adverse criminal record; and
  • Have good experience and past performance records.

  • HDMI Output TV Tuner to SDI Input baseband record
  • Recording properties mp4 HD 1920 x 1080 @ 4Mbps
  • 24/7 Recording 20 Channels
  • Keep all channels 1 Month Recording inside storage
  • Large screen monitoring with Multiview Display
  • Selected Audio-Video PROGRAM for monitoring

The Contracting Office, US Embassy Jakarta is soliciting for companies to supply and install the Database Server for 20-Channel Memory Recording with Data Management Software System.  The project is estimated to be less than US$150,000.  The work requirement and specification  will include among others, :

  • Manage timer for 24/7 Recording 20 Channels
  • Manage to keep all channels 1 Month Recording inside storage
  • Selected material will be archived and stored to ODA via stand alone drive
  • When storage capacity is full, delete from oldest material
  • Simultaneous HD and SD recording to off the shelf USB drives with redundant recording capabilities
  • Easy and economic future channel upgrade

RFQ: 191D3221Q0006 Jakarta Post – Solicitation – Cellphone Calls and Internet Data Services Provider

US Embassy Jakarta intends to issue an RFQ for cellphone calls and internet data services provider to the Embassy of the United States of America in Jakarta, U.S. Consulate General Surabaya, U.S. Consulate Medan, and Consular Agency Bali. The anticipated performance is for one base period of twelve months and four one-year option periods, at the option of the Government. Prospective Offeror must be able to comply with all legal and regulatory requirements for operating in Indonesia. Please see the RFQ for submission details and actual response date.

The site visit/pre-proposal conference will be held on-line on March 23rd, 2021 at 10.00 hours local time.  Prospective offerors/quoters interested in attending should email JakContractingOffice-RFP@state.gov or call 5083-1000 press 0, at the latest five (5) days prior to the meeting date.

As required by U.S. Government’s Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Provision 52.2047, SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (July 2013), which will be included in the solicitation, prospective offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to award of a contract. Prospective offerors are encouraged to complete the SAM registration process prior to the submittal of their proposal in response to the solicitation posted.

Important: Quoters may register in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission.  The registration may be an extensive process, therefore, interested quoters should conduct the registration as soon as possible.  The SAM number must be provided with the quote.

Award may be made without any discussions, although we will conduct the discussions with offerors within the competitive range if required.

The U.S. Government has a requirement for the continuation of the operation of the @america Outreach Center located in Pacific Place Mall, Jakarta, Indonesia. The Government requires the offeror to create, develop, and execute @america programming and provide management, operational, marketing, security, and janitorial services for the @america Center in Pacific Place Mall, Jakarta, Indonesia. @america is the U.S. Embassy Jakarta’s American Center and the premier public diplomacy venue of the U.S. Department of State.

The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, shall provide a solicitation to all interested parties, which shall result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract.  Task orders will be issued against the contract on a firm-fixed price basis.  Award is estimated to occur in May-June 2021 timeframe, services shall commence on October 1, 2021, for a 6 month base period with four (4) one-year options to renew.
