The solicitation is to provide online and print media, international wire, and television monitoring daily to the U.S. Embassy, per the attached RFQ.

Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible offeror. Quoter shall review the section I and submit a completed solicitation package per Section III – Solicitation Provision – of the RFQ/the solicitation. Government reserves the right to reject the proposal that unreasonably low or high in prices. The lowest price will be determined from the total price on SF1449 block 26. Quotation must be sent to the physical address or via email (JakContractingOffice-RFQ@state.gov).

Important: Quoters may register in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission.  The registration may be an extensive process, therefore, interested quoters should conduct the registration as soon as possible.  The SAM number must be provided with the quote.

The contractor shall furnish and deliver Bandwith Manager– U.S. Embassy Jakarta, in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth herein. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order/contract. The total price includes all labor, travel expenses (if any), materials, over- head, profit, insurance, and all other expenses necessary to deliver the required unit.

The Contracting Office, US Embassy Jakarta is soliciting for companies to do a Kitchen Renovation in the official Residence in Jakarta Pusat. The project is estimated to be less than US$100,000. The work will include among others, renovation, electrical upgrade, kitchen appliances installation and the mobilization.

All firms interested in being included in this project must be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work. At a minimum, each Offeror must meet the following requirements when submitting their proposal:

  • Be able to understand written and spoken English;
  • Have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing;
  • Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work;
  • Have all licenses and permits required by local law;
  • Meet all local insurance requirements;
  • Have no adverse criminal record; and
  • Have good experience and past performance records.

The U.S. Embassy Jakarta Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Department of State is pleased to announce that funding is available through its Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program.

PAS Jakarta invites proposals for projects that strengthen public diplomacy activities and people-to-people ties between the U.S. and Indonesia through educational, cultural, media, and informational programming that highlights shared values and promotes bilateral cooperation. All programs must include an American cultural or media-related element, or a connection with American expert/s, organization/s, or institution/s in a specific field that will promote increased understanding of U.S. policy and perspectives.

COVID-19 PANDEMIC RESPONSE

Projects to address the current realities of COVID-19 and future COVID-19 recovery efforts. Projects related to COVID-19 response should serve to bolster democratic principles while addressing the needs that have arisen due to the current global health crisis including, but not limited to, media literacy, access to education, economic empowerment, and community resilience.
