Request for Quotations# PR8392732 – Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for US Embassy’s Pre-employment Medical Exam (Re-advertised)

The U.S. Embassy Jakarta intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to one or more responsible companies for to future purchases of pre-employment medical examinations to all candidates for employment. Please find more details on attached RFQ/BPA documents.

All firms, companies and contractors that respond to the solicitation must have an established business in Indonesia, technically qualified, financially responsible, have the necessary personnel, equipment, licenses and permits required by the local authorities, and specialized experience and technical competence.

Please find enclosed our Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for this pre-employment medical exam requirement. If you agree with our BPA with its terms and conditions, and would like to participate, please acknowledge this agreement by signing the document on SF1449 cover page, block #30, and the BPA document, Acceptance on page 5.

RFQ Number PR8697353 for Air Purifier

The Embassy invites you to participate in the RFQ for the supply and delivery of Filter Supply, U.S. Embassy Jakarta as detailed in attached documents.

Due to the urgency of this items needed , the unit requested on this RFQ must be procured locally and delivered from within Indonesia.

All firms, companies and contractors that respond to the solicitation must have an established business in Indonesia and be an authorized dealer/partner of the manufacturer, technically qualified, financially responsible, have the necessary personnel, equipment, licenses and permits required by the local authorities, and specialized experience and technical competence.

Important Note:

As required by U.S. Government’s federal acquisition regulation (FAR), for procurement or contract over $30,000.00, the winning contractor must:

  1. Register and obtain a Contractor Identification Number from Data Universal Numbering System/DUNS (http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform).
  2. Register with the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov).

Request for Quotations (RFQ and FAR Clauses) SID320-PR8720218 Room and Service Cybercrime Workshop, OPDAT, Labuan Bajo, Nov 2019

The United States Embassy/Consulate in Jakarta, Indonesia, is requiring some services from a 5 stars hotel in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara.

If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document (to include Section I, Block 23, Section 5, Representations and Certifications) and submit it with a technical proposal to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.

Your quotation must be submitted electronically (via email) or in a sealed envelope marked “Quotation Enclosed” to the Contracting Officer. Please contact the contact person for email address information.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.  Questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing to the above address (electronically or hand carry or during the site visit).

The Embassy invites you to participate in the RFQ for the supply and delivery of Passenger Vehicle, MPV 4×2, 7-seater, Right-hand Drive, 1900 – 2000cc, Gasoline Engine, A/T Transmission – for DAO, U.S. Embassy Jakarta as detailed in attached documents.

The U.S. Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia announces an open competition for organizations to submit applications to design and execute a program promoting the benefits of U.S. economic engagement in Indonesia. The project will include a messaging campaign that highlights the positive aspects of the U.S.-Indonesia economic relationship and will be used to tell a compelling story of how cumulative U.S. economic engagement in Indonesia has benefitted individuals, communities, and the nation as a whole.

The U.S. Embassy Jakarta’s Public Affairs Section announces an open competition for non-profit, non-governmental organizations to submit applications to carry out projects that establish or expand cultural and educational partnerships between non-profit organizations and/or higher education institutions in Indonesia and the United States.  Preference will be given to organizations affiliated with alumni of U.S. government exchanges whose work builds on relationships established during a U.S. exchange opportunity. Strong proposals will articulate how the project can promote the two-way exchange of Indonesian and American students, artists, and educators, to benefit the 70-year-strong U.S.-Indonesia strategic partnership.

The U.S. Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia and the Department of State’s Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons (TIP Office) announces an open competition for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 projects to combat trafficking in persons outside of the United States.  Applicants are invited to submit proposals that target sex trafficking and or labor trafficking through implementing the 3Ps paradigm:  Prevention by reducing demand; Protection of victims; and Prosecution of traffickers.  A fourth P, Partnership, is also a critical element in effectively combatting trafficking in persons.
